Your own acreage right in town with a city park across the street and the school just a few blocks away. So many trees, flowers, and perennials with lots of space for a garden. You will love the newer garage with 4 stalls for cars, toys, and workshop. The 2/3 acre with the 36’ x 26’garage offers storage, privacy, and elbow room we all long for but the best part of this property is the home. Over 1,200 sq ft on one floor with the most gorgeous original wood work. The living room is huge with 9 ft ceiling and plenty of south windows. The formal dining room is stunning with a built-in hutch. The kitchen is also sharp with white cabinets and newer appliances. There are 2 bedrooms on the main plus an additional room that could be a nursery or an office and all right next to a remodeled bath. If you like the charm of old homes, this is a “must see.”
