The same owner for over 20 years has provided loving care and made improvements to this great home in a prime location. Pleasant park like yard in front and back and a terrific patio for shaded afternoon grilling. There are 3 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms on the main floor plus a 4th non-legal bedroom down. The “great room” with vault, fireplace, and new slider to the patio is very sharp and the adjoining living room is big and comfortable. You will love the eat-in kitchen with island and updated appliances right next to a beautiful formal dining room and just down the hall from the main floor laundry. So many features to appreciate here like the 3 stall garage, 2nd family room down, lots of storage space, and newer FA/CA, shingles, garage doors, exterior paint, skylight, and more.
