Located in Miner County, two miles east and 2 miles south of Carthage, South Dakota, and 16 miles from Howard, is a nearly flat 239-acre parcel with a homestead, pasture, and tillable land. The homestead and pasture consist of 93 acres. There are two pieces of tillable land, 58.6 acres on the east end and 87.3 acres on the west end of the property.
